  • Attention! After School Tutoring has been cancelled for today.
  • Does a tasty burrito bowl sound good right about now? How about Tacos or a Salad? Steak or chicken? Vegetarian? Head on over to Chiptole between 5 and 9 tonight and let them fix your cravings!   • Student councils next meeting is this Wednesday at 7:10 in the library, we hope to see you all there!

    This is the last week for donations for Baskets for Battle and Student Council really needs your help! We are accepting donations of blankets, Chapstick, lotion, and many more items. Please help spread holiday cheer this year and donate to this wonderful cause!

  • The registration deadline for the Dec. 12th ACT is now open through Nov. 20th without a late fee.
  • It's senior quote time! Seniors, you have until Friday at midnight to submit your senior quote for the yearbook. Each quote will be approved by the administration. So make sure your quote is respectful and appropriate for the yearbook. See the 2021 google classroom classwork for more info!
  • Fall athletes, please fill out the PE Waiver forms and turn those into the Counselor's Office before you leave for break!
  • Renaissance is finally back!! Friday at lunch we will be handing out the reward for your 1st quarter grades. For those of you who applied, check next to the cafeteria for the Renaissance table. You'll be able to pick up your card and a special treat from UDF. Enjoy that sweet taste of success!

  • Student Council Snack Shack will be back tomorrow after school! Stop by and pick up your favorite snack on your way home, everything is $1.00 or less! Come help support student council and buy snacks!

    Help Student Council's project, Baskets for Battle by donating items like new blankets, hard candies, unscented hand sanitizers, unscented lotions, brain games, and scarves. There are bins in the Main office, Mrs. Petraiuolo's room, Mrs.Tate's room, and the guidance office. Monetary donations are also accepted!

    Student Councils next meeting is TOMORROW! We will be meeting in the library at 7:10. We will have donuts and will be taking out group picture for the yearbook so make sure to wear your purple shirt!

    Attention XHS students! Baskets for Battle donations are now open. These donations will go to patients currently undergoing chemotherapy to bring a little more cheer to their holiday seasons. We accept all items listed on the posters in the hallways. Please make sure that all items that are donated are new and can be easily sanitized and that all plush items are in packaging.

    Do you have a favorite football or baseball team? Are you tired of your ears being cold? Well you are in luck, Student council is hosting hat day this Friday! Pay $1.00 and you can wear your favorite ball cap, or your comfy beanie. All proceeds go to baskets for battle!

  • Hola, amigos! The Spanish Club will be meeting today after school in Señora Scott's room. Come join the fiesta!
  • Track and field conditioning is starting December 1 after school in the weight room -- see Coach Patterson, Binns or Lynch for more information.
  • Hey hey hey. The AIA Bible study will once again be held on WEDNESDAY mornings at 6:45 AM in the mezzanine on the girl's side of the gym. Come for great discussion and fun games. If you have any questions at all see Mr. Richey. Once again, the AIA Bible study will now be on Wednesday mornings and not Tuesday mornings.
  • HAT DAY IS THIS FRIDAY! PAY $1.OO AND WEAR YOUR MOST AWESOME HAT ON FRIDAY! ALL PROCEEDS GO TO BASKETS FOR BATTLE!

    Our next student council meeting is this Wednesday at 7:10, we are going to take our StuCo picture! so make sure to be there on time and get some donuts too!

    Are you wondering how you can give back for the holidays? Well student council has just the thing for you! From November 2nd to December 4th we will be collecting items to make Christmas baskets for local chemotherapy patients. You can donate NEW items such as tissues, chapstick, blankets, and puzzles. See Mrs. Petraiuolo if you have any questions!

  • Boys’ Basketball Pictures are after school today. Practice will then run from 4-5:30 tonight. Boys’ basketball team should show up in the gym area at 2:40, in your mask.
  • Attention NHS Members:
    We will be assembling Hygiene for Homeless kits for Women on Wednesday after school in Mrs. Tates room
    We will be assembling Hygiene for Homeless kits for Men on Thursday after school in Mrs. Tates room. Your attendance is required at one of these sessions. See Mrs. Tate if you have a schedule conflict.

    Our Thursday regular NHS meeting has been cancelled. Stay tuned to see if we reschedule.

    Hey there! This month marks the beginning of Student Council's Baskets for Battle service project. We will be collecting different items to donate to cancer patients going through chemotherapy during the holidays. Collection bins can be found in Mrs. Petriaoulo's room, Mrs. Tate's room, the guidance office, and the main lobby. Donations can be made from November 2nd through December 4th.
  • Freshmen Boys Basketball Practice is tonight from 7-8:30.
  • Xenia Wrestling practice begins this Monday November 16th. All wrestlers will need to report to the weight room by 2:30.

  • French Club will be meeting in Madame Evans' room B219 on Friday 11/13 2:30-3:30.
  • Friday is our first PJ day of the year! Pay $1.00 and wear your comfiest and coziest PJ's, all proceeds go to baskets for battle!
  • Student Council is now taking donations for the Basket for Battle fundraiser which make Christmas themed Baskets for patients receiving chemotherapy. We ask for many NEW items such as Masks, Puzzles, Hats, Gloves, Lotion, Tissues, and many other items. Please drop off donations in Mrs. Petraiuolo's room, Mrs. Tate's Room, the main office or the guidance office!
  • The student council meeting this Wednesday the 11th has been canceled and moved to next Wednesday the 18th, again the Student Council meeting this Wednesday the 11th is canceled. Any questions please see Mrs. Petraiuolo.

  • Remember to log on to the online store to purchase sure loud and proud T-shirt or hoodie! Sale ends in November 20 th!

  • Don’t forget to go to the online store to order your LOUD & PROUD shirt or hoodie! We have extended the sale to November 22nd. See flyers in the halls for log on info, or see a Blue Crew member! All proceeds go to help Blue Crew.
  • Student Council is now taking donations for the Basket for Battle fundraiser and it will carry on until December 4th. We will take anything ranging from Blankets, Masks, and Puzzles to Chapstick and Play Dough and other items.
  • Landon Curtis, Ethan Williamson and Cloey Neal please return loaner Chromebooks and chargers to the library at this time.
  • Don't forget about the AIA Bible study in the morning at 6:45 in the mezzanine on the girl's side of the gym. We always have a great time so why not try it out in the morning??

  • Happy November everyone!! It's time for Student Council to start our annual Baskets for Battle charity! Please consider donating scarves, blankets, hard candies, chapsticks, lotions, and a lot more! If you have any questions about what you can donate ask Mrs. Petraiuolo in room B112!
  • Last night the Boys soccer Team held its end of year banquet. The coaches would like to thank all players for their hard work and dedications. Special mention goes out to the Senior group of Logan Higgins, JT Patterson, Neko Dykman, Jake Cloud Bryce Mellinger, Brycen Heim, Ian Cushman, Madix O'Bryant, Jared Szwec, Landon Curtis and Gage Prether. Award winners were Ian Cusham with Offensive MVP, 1st team all District and 1st team all MVL. Jake Cloud with 3rd team all district and 2nd team all MVL. Brycen Heim with 3rd team all district and honorable mention MVL. Madix O'Bryant with the BUC Award, 3rd team all district and honorable mention MVL. Nate Fellie with defensive MVP.

  • Student Council needs your donations for this years Baskets for Battle campaign. These baskets will go out to chemotherapy patients at our local hospitals. Bring in Blankets, Gloves, Scarves, Puzzles and other necessities to show these patients a happy holidays!

  • From November 2nd through December 4th Student Council will be collecting goods to go in baskets to give out to hospital patients going through chemotherapy Please help out by donating blankets, small games, tissues, or other basic necessities that could help them get through these tough times and give them a happy holidays!
  • A Virtual College Fair will be held this Sunday, Nov. 8th from 2 -10 pm. Currently, there are 613 colleges presenting information throughout the day. To pre-register, go to virtualcollegefair.org.
  • The deadline to register for the Dec. 12th ACT is November 6th.

  • November kicks off Student Counil's annual service project, Baskets for Battle! Baskets for Battle is a student run fundraiser, designed to aid battling cancer patients of all ages and genders. We will begin collecting supplies November 2nd and finish collections the 4th of December. Donations can be brought to Mrs. Petraiuolo's room (B112), Mrs. Tate's room (B213), the Guidance Office and the Main Office. So bring in Blankets, Masks, Puzzles and more. If you have questions please look at posters in the hallways or see Mrs. Petraiuolo.

  • Yo Yo Yo. The AIA Bible study will be on Tuesday morning at 6:45 in the mezzanine on the girl's side of the gym. Come for fun games, great food, and some great study!!! If you have questions see Mr. Richey.

  • Boys Basketball Tryouts continue today with 10th-12th graders going after school until 4:30 and Freshmen from 4:30-6:30. You must have a current physical on file in order to try out. See Coach Anderson for details.
