Safety Hotline

Students who believe they have been harassed, bullied, victimized by fellow students, or have other concerns which may jeopardize the safety of students, employees or school facilities, are asked to Speak Up! and promptly report the issue using our district’s student/parent Hotline – accessible both online and by telephone.

Options to report an issue:

  1. Call 1-866-listen2me (1-866-547-8382) and talk to a live person, not an automated message. When a student talks to the live person, they have the option of being forwarded to one of the following national hotlines: 911, National AIDS Hotline, National Runaway Switchboard, NINELINE Crisis Hotline, RAINN, and/or Suicide Crisis Center.
  2. Call Call 1-866-listen2me (1-866-547-8382) and leave a voice message.
  3. Submit information about an incident on the XCS BULLIED STUDENT REPORT FORM. This report form is specifically for harassment, intimidation, or bullying. This generally means: A. any intentional written, verbal, electronic, or physical act that a student or group of students exhibits toward another particular student(s) more than once and the behavior both causes mental or physical harm to the other student(s) and is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that it creates an intimidating, threatening, or abusive educational environment for the other student(s); or B. violence within a dating relationship.
  4. Submit information about an incident on the XCS STAY SAFE STUDENT REPORT FORM. This could include suspicious or violent behavior, theft, vandalism, drug/alcohol abuse, or other similar concerns.
