Make sure your family is connected for the coming school year!
Xenia Community Schools uses ParentSquare for school communication, including emergency alerts using phone calls and text for weather events and other important calls!  Be sure to update your preferences on when and how (text, app notification, email) you are notified as messages go out from the district and your child's school. Choose to receive messages when they are sent, or in a once-daily digest each evening.

ParentSquare automatically syncs with Final Forms to generate an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. There is no need to create an account! Simply login any time to access your account through the website, or download the mobile app.

Direct invitations to any XCS family that has not already accessed their account were sent on Wednesday, August 6, and will be sent periodically throughout the fall for any families who have not yet accessed their account. 

Did not receive an invitation? No problem! Simply log into ParentSquare using the email you provided through Final Forms for enrollment to access information from your child's school and teachers.
