The Dayton Children's school-based health center located at Warner Middle School wants to help you get ready for the winter flu season!
If you are interested in booking an appointment for your child for any reason — immunizations, illness, or even just their regular well-check with the nurse practitioner! — please call the health center directly at 937-641-4623 to schedule your appointment.
Remember! Transportation for students from other buildings to and from the health center for their appointment is available for students (ages 8+).
