The Xenia High School Student Council is excited to announce the kickoff of our annual service project — Baskets for Battle!

This student-led fundraiser is dedicated to supporting patients who are battling cancer. With donations from our community, students will assemble care packages filled with thoughtful items to bring comfort and encouragement during chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

We are collecting new and unused items (for health and safety reasons), including:

• Chap Stick / Lip Balm
• Low- or No-scent Lotion
• Low- or No-scent Hand Sanitizer
• To-Go Mugs or Tumblers
• Word Search & Coloring Books
• Crayons & Markers
• Crafts & Toy Sets
• Puzzles & Games
• Fuzzy Socks
• Hats & Gloves
• Blankets
• Baskets or Tote bags

Cash donations are also welcome! Funds will be used to purchase additional supplies to complete each basket.

In mid-December 2025, our student council members will deliver the baskets to patients at hospitals across the Miami Valley, sharing warmth, hope, and encouragement during the holiday season.
