Once again this year, Xenia Community Schools will offer dental screenings for our students in partnership with Health Partners of Western Ohio. After each screening, follow-up will include services such as cleaning and protective sealant.  

Remember that a parent/guardian must complete the consent form for your child to be treated. The provider cannot see your child without this consent.

These services are at NO OUT-OF-POCKET COST to families, whether or not you have insurance. Insurance will be billed, if available.

Screenings do not begin until the new year, but consent forms should be submitted by September 17. Forms are now available in your child's school, and a printable version can be found at the link below.
