Due to the recent winter weather, we have received many questions from our community regarding our school calendar and the potential need for makeup days.

The district calendar is built with a surplus of instructional hours to account for such emergencies. Despite our recent closures due to weather, we want to reassure families that we currently have a reasonable "buffer" of snow days remaining in our schedule. 

As noted in the table below, the current bank of remaining days* for each grade is as follows: 

• Grades K-5: 12.7 Days
• Grade 6: 21.34 Days
• Grades 7-8: 6.375 Days
• Grades 9-12: 16.16 Days

We will, of course, keep families updated should any future severe weather impact this status.
