XHS Students Heat Up the Stage for Frozen!

In January, four Xenia High School students participated in the Muse Machine's production of Frozen! at the Victoria Theatre. Senior Will Parker gave a lively performance in multiple song and dance numbers as a cast member. For the first time, Xenia had students playing in the orchestra: Landon Allen (drums), Dillon Black (bass guitar), and Isaiah Musgrove (tuba).
These students dedicated an incredible amount of time to rehearsals, and the end result was an outstanding performance! On Friday, January 16, over 50 students, staff, and parents from XHS went to the theatre to support these performers and enjoy the show as audience members.
Through Muse Machine, students have had multiple opportunities to experience the performing arts both during and after school this year. In addition to seeing Frozen!, students have attended in-school performances by illusionist Noah Sonie and the Dayton Opera and have travelled to Dayton to see the ballet Giselle, The Nutcracker, and the musical Les Miserables.
